Quite right. But I don't believe they have proven where the Cow actually got the MadCow diesease, it was only born in Canada. Just like Celine Dion, born here - but the States has to deal with it.

I dunno if this is true, but I was told that Mad Cow came from cattle farmers grinding up the cow remnants (brains, spinal cords, hoofs, shit like that) and refeeding that shit to the other cows.
