testosterone and fertility cycle Q

weight :197
bf :23%
cycle :once a year for 4 yrs

Goal :15% bf
issues :wife wants a baby next year

nutrition: 180-225g protein a day
3-400g carbs a day
fat intake varies bellow 200 to above300g
calories 1800-3000

monday: chest, triceps
tue: back, biceps, forearms
thrsday: legs
friday: shoulders, neck, abs
duration: no longer than 1hr

cycle plans: 350mg test 30 weeks
hcg wk 28-34
nolva 25mg, clomid 50mg day wk 34-39
OR
500mg test 12 weeks
50mg/day winny wk 6-12
hcg wk 10-16
nolva & clomid wk 16-21

I don't want to kill my sperm count for years and I want to reach my goals. Any advice or insight is appreciated.

it was my plan to go for 30, but my wife is now ready for children. I am currently in wk 3 and just bumped the dose up. 30 wks sounded sweet. I guess the short cycle at 500 is the way to go, I just don't like the bloat.
 
15% body fat is an ultimate goal. i know that I could do this through diet and cardio alone, but i do not want an endurance athletes body. i am built like a refrigerator. smooth bulk sounds nice. i plan on adding bag training and cycling for cardio two or three days a week.
 
1. 30 weeks isn't a cycle. a cycle is 12 weeks on 12 weeks off.. that is a 'cycle' .. it gets annoying reading newbs say they are running 30 week cycles when its just staying on.

2. you aren't ready for steroids with those stats nor are you healthy. 23% body fat is too fat, for a guy that is borderline obese. and to top it off you don't have a shred of muscle on your frame either. build a base first. cannot build a house out of sticks

3. overall the face you have been cycling for 4 years and you have those kinds of stats tell me straight up your diet is substandard and you aren't committed to the weight room at all. spend the next 3 or 4 years training correctly and eating better.. then you can worry about steroids.
 
i did post this for criticism. no sticks here though.

i did not plan on staying on. no hight trt planned. what else can you call it besides a cycle?

dude this isn't my first rodeo if you get my drift. i know exactly what kind of person you are. nothing wrong with doing what you are doing, however if you are gonna use steroids you need to be 100% commited or else frankly you are wasting your time, money, and fucking your HPTA for nothing

go ahead and run your 30 week 'cycle' as you call it lol. but guess what happens after when you quit the gym? you lose everything and more.

and no you aren't gonna lose body fat on 30 weeks of test. you know how many people I know who are on HRT? they all look like shit. you can't just inject T and magically get the body you want. it doesn't work like that as you have found out having run 4 cycles

but whatever man, go ahead and do your 30 week cycle if thats what you need to be motivated.. just don't come back bitching when at week 36 your test is out of your system and your T levels drop to the double digits and you quit on the gym again.

You are the poster child for someone who should NOT be using AAS.


Your diet is crap. You want to lose weight and your eating low protein and super high carb? WTF. This is completely backwards. AND your 20% bf + holy shit. Are you not aware of the extra strain AAS causes the body and CNS when your BF% is too high?

You basically cycle then stop training and only train when you cycle from what your saying. The way you describe you do everything is exactly why people like us get pissed. You want the drugs to do the work for you plain and simple.

You will also stop getting gains after a normal cycle length then what? Keep upping your dose? You wont have lost any weight eating like you eat either.
By saying you "chill hard for months" and knowing guys like you I would wager that translates into garbage food and partying.

What a fucking mess.
 
If you were to run that 30 week "cycle" I guarantee that when you'd finish and come off you would be feeling so shit and unmotivated that you would just quit going to the gym and lose all the gains you made (if you made any that is) and would end up looking like shit again and probably your wife would be dissapointed too.
And your planned PCT is bullcrap too.
