Hello everyone, new here to elite but not new to the forums by any means.

As an agreement with Eddie Haskell I have come here to log my body building journey

A big thank you to my sponsor liquid gold labs for bringing me onto the team. I'm incredibly appreciative to be a part of such a solid team of individuals.

Goal for 2025 is to get myself to a point of doing my first beginner comp for a personal achievement.

Just finished a 12 week cut and now my coach has me running a 6 week health phase adding some calories back in the mix which has been great.

Current ped protocol
250mg test e weekly
250mg Primo e weekly
600mg L carnitine pre workout
4iu gh pre bed

All updates from nutrition to weights to food porn gear porn etc will be added into my log regularly as I like to log daily !

physio visit today to sus out my knees. Been having issues with tender knees last couple of weeks and strength has drastically dropped on leg days so want to get it in check.

Stretches will now be added into my morning routine to fix up the ligaments that have tightened up on me. I've been pushing hard but not taking enough care of myself staying limber 😂

My partner has been gifted this job of stretching out my quads. Bit of an eye opener to see how tight my legs are.

Notes - low calorie day added back into my plan as my weight gain on the rebound needs to slow down just a tad.

I've been told it's my ligaments have tightened up.

The intense reverse pyramid training obviously has caught up with me due to not stretching.

Very tight and tender knees. Mild pains below and around the knees.

Make sure you stretch your quads daily for your knees. I stretch mine every night before bed.
My partner been stretching out my quads and my hams. AM & PM along with a massage yesterday. It's already improved dramatically.

Bought a roller and ball last night which will be utilised each morning.

Hgh I have my man 💪🏻 bpc I'm going to look into currently doing a little reading up on it. I always like to have a little bit of knowledge before using a product. BPC is very proven as seen and heard. I just like to do my own due diligence on compounds to have confidence with what I inject 😊

L - carnitine was utilised during my cut from 103kg to 93kg. I am now continuing it during my health phase to try keep the fat % in check so that Feb 15th I'm ready to start pushing in a big way.

My coach has a goal of 28 weeks prep to 8% then do a beginners comp

At the start I will give a go next time. I enjoy adding in the abductor and adductor due to wanting to increase my mobility in the legs and really loosen up my hips.

I aromatize quite hard brother. 350 test with 400 Primo puts me e2 at 88 nmol just for a little reference.

I go off what my coach advises brother and we run my blood work every 8 weeks. Another lot of bloods to take place mid Feb before we begin pushing 💪🏻
 
I aromatize quite hard brother. 350 test with 400 Primo puts me e2 at 88 nmol just for a little reference.

I go off what my coach advises brother and we run my blood work every 8 weeks. Another lot of bloods to take place mid Feb before we begin pushing 💪🏻

5iu gh had me dealing with numb hands early hours of the morning which gave mild discomfort so I dropped back to 4iu and have stayed at this dose through health phase.

Going to be pushing upto 6iu with upcoming blast which I'm very excited to share with everyone
