Okay boys this is what I'm running
test E wk 1-12 400ew
Tren E 1-8 300ew
dbol 1-5 30ed

pct
nolva 40 40 20 20
clomid 150 150 50 50

start pct 2 wks after so the test e can clear


I'm almost 23 4 year solid training I weigh about 190 weight fluxs
I eat very clean I give you guys a sample in a sec
400 protein about 4000-5000 cals

Monday chest abs
Tuesday shoulders obliques
wensday bis tris abs
thursday off
Friday legs
Saturday back lats traps obliques
Sunday off

I start tomarrow
 
Diet: varys from day to day
630 am -
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

9 pm -
Two scoops whey Protein, 1/2 cup oats, one tbs. peanut butter, and one fruit

12 pm -
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

3 pm -
Two scoops whey Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

6 pm -
Two scoops whey Protein with Gatorade

8 pm -
8 ounces lean meat, one cup green vegetable, and one cup brown rice

11 pm to 12 pm -
6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, and one fruit

Calories - 4028
Grams Protein - 393
Grams Carbohydrates - 396
Grams Fat - 82
 
I like it bro..

the diet is spot on, the cycle is nicely worked out.. A bit high dose for a (first?) cycle imo.. but other than that it's solid..

Oh- try a casein shake before bed.. I can really tell the difference in my gains when I do.. So much so much that I sometimes have it planned to wake up 4hrs after bed and drink another.
 
Oh;
I'd also drop the clomid and replace it with Hcg.. (hcg helps that thyroid come back as well as the balls.. tren lowers thyroid.)

then add some other pct products (click pct)
 
Sounds solid with the hcg and I'll deffinatly pick up some casein I forgot to mention I've run test before and a bunch of diffrent phs. What are the usual dosages regarding the hcg and when in the cycle I've heard numerous things like run it thought the whole cycle and stuff.
 
It's a preference call man.. I wouldnt run it untill after..

but when realistically speaking, throughout the thing would be good.. 300iu a week during and for 4-6 weeks after would surely do the trick.. it's cheap, why not?
I am not an expert on this, as I just switch back to my "hrt" program when 'off cycle'.. I am running something year round.

Good luck on it though, I'm glad to talk to someone with their damn head on their shoulders 'taking the plunge'.. the diet/training/rest is so important..

If this is a gainer you are going to the gym too many days.
3-4 days max, go heavy and low reps
You do not have enough rest in doing 5 days a week. With a cycle like this hit bench, squat, deads, presses, rows hard and make sure you get losts of food and rest.
I def like the cycle dont like the split you have.

As an example you doing chest/shoulders/tris back to back days 3 days in a row...not optimal IMO
 
Okay so I pinned today 23g1.5. Easy. Very smooth no blood did it in the glute 1ml tren 1 test probally gonna be a little sore tomarrow but that's sacrifice. Gulped Down little over 1/4 ml of liquid dbol. Thought I was going to taste horrible but it's not that bad I kinda actually like it. Before the gym I'll take the other half of it. I'm excited to see how the dbol works and the tren looks mean... I'm pumped. I love the agressive feel because I know how to put it towards the weights and does anyone else find milk thistle and lots of protein make you fart alot and it smells like shit? Ha there's on down part. weighing 189 today ...yey

Hit the gym 5 days, your split looks fine. Train as hard as you can when on cycle. Volume and overload builds muscle....why leave it too chance, you can train alot harder and avoid overtraining when on the gear so go for it. I train 4-5 days when off cycle too. Never overtrain. Its all undereating IMO.

got night sweats last night? Weird probally not from the gear
obliterated chest today will deffinatly feel it tomarrow

Diet: perfect today hit all my meals on time and amounts probally sqeezed in a little more than listed

been kinda tired lately probally just my body copeing with extra substances
 
day4: Okay so today was another great eating day. Lots of brown rice and chicken.
Training: another good day chest is sore as hell. Hit the shoulders today but I find it awkward latley to do them exercises aren't as good as they used to be I need new ones any sugestions for shoulders?

So today I understand what the back pumps are all about. I was siting at the comp working got up and it felt like I did deads the day before. I'm going to up the water intake to two gallons to combat this.

I am holding a little bit of water in my face but nothing noticable by any means.

Weight is +3 at 192 now

I wouldn't think so.. but it is almost a third of the way through its active life.. nothing has built up on itself yet though..
 
Okay so Day 5: more back pumps they aren't bad though I kinda like them they're like a reminder but anyways I'm 192 today had bis and tris. Tris were the usual maybe a little stronger but bis... Damn muscluar contractions are up! When I was struggling on the last reps usually you get to a point and you can't but as long as I put the effort in it would curl.
No sides so far ( knock on wood)

Diet today ate about 5000 cals 350 protein. Good day I was surprised how long I am able to go without getting sick of what I eat because its usually the same thing everyday at the same time. Dosent bother me much a few days ago I ate talapia and oatmeal for breakfast. I've just been starving more hungery than usual

Looking forwards to the full effects of dbol and later the rest

I'm also quitting dip while I'm on cycle. Supposeably it makes you not hungery ... I don't like that.
Ha Dont piss me of let alone will I be on cycle with tren but I will also be dipless. This will be quite the experiances
 
Day 6: okay so far decent today was my off day I did some cardio. Diet was not as good as other days 500cals short I'll have to grab a midnight snack.

Backpumps aren't bad I only notice them if i have been sitting for a while and get up. Got them for like 3 minutes while running, not to bad.

Sides: obviously the backpumps from the dbol no water really. Nipples are a little puffy not bad though also I have a little bit more acne on my chest then normal.

Weight: 188... Tits.

What exactly is the puffy nips due to? Is it water retention?
Also Armani I'm going to the store any recommend any brandsfor casein ?
 
Day 9: Sorry Ive been buisy. Not very impressed so far it's been 9 days and the scare hasn't moved. I feel like my recovery has been amazing but maybe it's just mental. Idk any advice I'm wondering if it's bunk although leg the other day was great hit a bunch of personal bests but maybe because i thought I was stronger.

Diet has been decent slacking a little lately. The weekends kill me. Been drinking alot of water though I'm kinda loosing motivation

training: killed my legs the other day it was sick no matter what I could keep going just had alot of energy

Just eat all you can eat if you goal is to gain mass. On tren I loose a lot of bf but I gain muscle and the scale doesnt really tell you the entire story...you could be losing fat and gaininig muscle without going anywhere on the scale.

Just eat like is your business and gains will come.
It also prob help to cut down your days of training to 3-4 like I PMed you.
 
Okay well day 10:
no gain in weight not even water from the dbol. I have been getting stronger little by little. I'm at 35mg of dbol I should be blowing up like a balloon. Over all mood is good. I seem to he happy and productive. Placebo? I'm not sure if it's bunk. I also have more acne than usual on my chest shoulders and face. That sucks.

Training: today I worked on my chest. I lifted with this bigger guy but I rivaled him with the lifts so that motivated me and made my workout better because I had to push harder.

Diet: I changed what I eat up a little bit. Basicly the macros are the same just diffrent foods.
The preworkout protein shake followed by a powerbar I feel helps me alot and I don't get as tired.

On a side note I assume it's real because when I take it on an empty stomach it dosent settle to well but when I eat before I don't notice anything

Any advice or anything to if it maybe be bunk or not?
 
love drinkin egg whites and later that night seein if i can clear a house with my farts....egg whites = farts trapped in the furniture
 
Okay well day 11: now were getting somewhere

training: good day, did shoulders nothing super impressive but strength is starting to increase. I don't think it's bunk anymore. I've been getting back pumps and I feel like Im god. Also I have much faster recovery skins more oily and sex drive is up!

Diet: Okay well today was sort of a hecktic day so I wasn't able to eat all that much. Not that bad but I can do better.

I pinned today and jezzz it hurt. I forget what I used last time but these 22s are killin me. I will deffinatly be sore tomarrow but I kinda like it because evertime I sit I am reminded I'm on cycle hah.

Well I'm happy today because my weight is 194. I think I just don't fully feel it for a little longer. I look a little bit more puffy obviously from the dbol

what do you guys do? Do you just leave where you pinned or do you keep it covered. Just curious me and my buddy had a debate on it at the gym today.
 
Day 13:
off day also thanksgiving gyms closed

So the other night I had a dream and at one point I gouged a mans eyes out with a stick from the woods... Normal hah? The weirdest thing was I kinda enjoyed the dream

music also has an better effect if I listen to hard stuff I feel like tearing heads off but in a productive way
still waiting for the full effects of the test and tren but I think the tren is coming

Weight is 194 still

kinda dissapointed with the dbol I thought I would blow up more I look fuller but weight and strength have been small to nonexistant
I do like the god like mood
 
I ran 35mg of dbol and i was not impressed with the results i was getting. I bumped it up to 50mgs and my strength went threw the roof.
 
Good lift today back pumps though started running 50 mg I like the back pumps it's weird but anyways the thanksgiving break is killing my eatting habits gotta get back in routine. Not much to talk about. I'll update later

Nice man good luck! It makes you feel like a million bucks. 300mg tren makes me have weird dreams 500 I don't even want to know what they would be hah but that's a nice cycle. Have you run tren before?
 
No never. I know alot of people say you should try the acetate ester first to see how you react, but I'm willing to take a chance. Prefer the idea of not injecting every day or eod. So your on day 15 now? What have you noticed the most so far?

You should probably lower that tren dose a bit and not run it as long as your test. The way you have it now will probably break your crank.

Break my crank lol. Love the expression. What about extending the test to 12 weeks and leaving the tren at 10? Would that make a difference at all?

night sweats are from tren man. you can also get insomnia too
 
I second that but I noticed muscle strenuation ( if that's how you spell it) also alot more strength in muscle contractions those are probally the two biggest

Yeah, that would help. But IMO you're better off just running the tren 8 and test 12. This way you'll have stable levels of test in your system for several weeks while the tren fully clears. Also, you will be much happier if you run HCG on cycle. Keep the boys from shutting down that way you don't have to wake them up at the end.
 
Nothing yet as go the boys but I plan on starting it 3 wks before pct so it will make going into post cycle smooth and easy
the biggest side I've had so far is fcked up dreams and I don't sleep as much but it's kinda weird because I sleep less but it feels like I slept perfectly when I wake up
 
Day 15
Diet: still a little outta whack but I'll pick it up ate just below my goal although protein is up ate more high protein low cal foods today for some reason

Training: Back today, went well, I did straight leg deads with 205 for 4x7 easy( lower back)
all of my lifts are up and I am getting better pumps with 50mg

Sides: nothing to really complain about I get back pumps especially with the straight deads but they aren't that bad. Today I was super thirsty after drinking and drinking and drinking i don't know why if felt never ending but eventually it did go away. Also lately mentaly I feel hungery all the time I will eat a big meal be full my stomach won't want anymore but my brain is like common pussy more and more!

Went to the mall today and they had myoplex meal replacement shakes, sounded convienient so I asked the guy how much and he looked on the box and it said 109$ but he said he thought they were on sale so he scaned them ... 30$ .great day

also just curious how much milk thistle do you guys take when on a 17aa
 
Day 16: weight is 192. Dbol underdosed maybe? I'm going to increase cals by 300 tomarrow if that does not work then I will increase it yet again
training: off
diet : getting back tomarrow will be a big day

I found I look more vascular and my muscles are hardening more. Also it looks as if I have lowered my bf

tomarrow will be rough because I ran out of pins so I could do it my second time that week last week got them today so I'm going to pin twice tomarrow

but it is a chest day!

Has anyone no gained weight from dbol
 
Day 17: well today was a weird day.. My weight is 197 kinda just jumped. Not gonna complain. Today I pinned and I did it right when I got out of the shower . It slid in like effortlessly. Easiest shit ever

training: chest day wentwell bit mainly the inside of the chest

Diet: well myoplex tastes like asshole butdowned like 4 of them . Food intake is good but I have been slacking with water

Just a thought could I throw some halo at the end for more hardening and strength or maybe some winstrol also I was thinking of throwing clen in my postcycle
 
So I never really looked at the pins wrappers but I just happened to be bord so I read it... Thought I was using a 22 .... They are 19s . I thought I was just being a pussy about them. Thought they looked big
 
Day 18: today I pinned the test and whe I pulled out blood came out like a very abnormal amunt I dripped of me and made a small puddle that much but It stopped eventually

Training: shoulders today. I feel like I need to switch the exercies up I'm getting used to them

Diet: I found milk to be a very effective tool. When counting my calories I never added in liquids and I drink about 3/4 of a gal of milk on top of the 1.5 gal water I did today and it really bumped it up.

No sides just backpumps. Looking forward to the dreams tonight hopefully I have a good one!

Five days ON and two days OFF. Looks good to me ! Especially while juicin bro, take full advantage of the gear. I wouldnt change a thing, just pat attention and listen to your body.
 
Okay so today I weighed in at 198 which is nice.
I have been eating alot more I added on amount another 1000 cals split 500 from carbs and 500 from protein it's been working well

tomarrow I am thinking about running to gnc to grab some zma and casien

Training I am deffinatly getting stronger I can do skull crushers with 50s on each side easy for reps now

Off day tomarrow then Friday ... Legs day.

Noone has an opinion about the halo?

latley I haven't been drinking enough water so I will work on that

Sides: insomnia
deffinatly more agression but not in a bad way

Pulled my hamstring / groin doing agility not bad just tight and sore I was soppose to have legs tomarrow but I'm going to switch it to Saturday and do back tomarrow. No point in making it worse.
 
Strength is deffinatly up. Weights around 200. Foods been decent. Ran out of protein getting some today. 20s hurt like a bitch. Training has been right on I will up date later I've been buisy
 
My recovery time is overnight barely ever sore anymore even when I destroy myself and my legs wl be so fatiuged I can't walk well. Has anyone experienced a shortness of breath on tren. Got my casein and whey. They both taste amazing too which is nice
 
Night sweats ! I put out extra clothes before I go to sleep because I wake up drenched does anyone know the scientific reason behind this side? or how to prevent it? Just curious. The injects are starting to kick in and damn I can feel it . Libido has skyrocketed and the girlfriend doesn't mind a bit.
 
Just stick with the original cycle, don't need to add in more, just extra stress at that point. Keep for another cycle.

I am going to bump the tren up to 350 forgot it's going to be in my system 2 weeks after last inject. I haven't gotten really any sides from the tren then the night sweats and insomnia but the insomnia is mild and I just take benydryl and the night sweats suck but it's like a reminder when I wake up that I'm on cycle which is a good way to start the day.

Now strength is crazy! I've been repping 230 for like 7 before I would get it like 4-5 on a good day

weight is up 7 from the start but I figure I've been cutting up. I'm more fiber grainy whatever it is so I figure I've been loosing bodyfat and gaining muscle so it evens out

When gains stall at the end of the cycle what should I do I'm just thinking ahead. Up the test or is the stall more of a myth
 
Nips are sensitive nothing bad though. I've been a little more edgy I'm normal really laid back so I notice. Didn't get night sweats last night with was a plus. I've been eatting more by 300 cals

Pinned the other day and fuckkk it's sore I'm limping around all day idk what I did it could have been I shot 2cc with a harpoon(20g)

Agression and nightsweats mainly follow the night of injections for 2 days then disapate

The creases of my biceps have been aching is this due to the muscle growing faster then the tendon or what. My bis aren't big for my body if anything they lack could be due t increased weight

My forarms have also fallen behind they can't hold weight I do so I will be throwing them in 2x wk

Weights about 206-207
I have been eating like a freak I picked up mass xxx tastes like asshole but it's an easy 900 cals I also grabbed some creatine but I'm probally going to return it because it fucks up my stomach and besides the fact that it apparently has 75 g of sugar!

I am much harder looking and fuller but lately back pumps have been eating me alive
even with a gal and half of water

the last few nights I ran out of benydryl... Fuck... I barely slept it was bad and with newyears where I barely slept I was not a person to mess with I mean I get cranky normally when I'm really tired but it's bad when I'm on tren and haven't slept

Getting some crazy ass cuts and veins in my quads and calves
never had that before

I will update later any questions feel free to ask or shoot me a pm

Night sweats are down insomnia is up strength is at 245 5x5 easy from 225 5x5 about 4 weeks ago agression is down but I am more assertive much more. Libido still high but I am getting more acne which I don't like at all but hey I love being on cycle so it'fine. I also threw in another day of rest In my split because 5x 5 is killin me :). Everything is going good this is my last week with tren I had some night sweats and lately some weird ass dreams. Kinda interesting I'm still around 210 strength continually increases. Feel great over all. Acne is up a little mainly on the chest and shoulders . I'm already thinking about the next cycle. But why do you gain less on tren compared to test or other aas is it becasue it's very lean?
 
I dropped the tren about 1 wk ago still get some sweats

Weights at 213

squatted 560 max I feel like I couldve gone higher but no reason to hurt yourself

Got a couple more day of the cycle. Have been getting some gyno started some nolva to clear it up. Weight is the same Lifts are the same I think I may be loosing fat because I'm getting bigger still
