But gladiator, your diet is indeed interesting...I would personally just add all the protein you can...as your body will be ACHING to create new muscle and needing that precious protein.

But its like you said, you're not getting fat, and you're staying at 193. So it must be working for you.

lol i know i mean theres not a lot to stretching, i guess i could "show" them the same stretches that we were showed in highschool P.E.

Ive only been on my diet for about a week at 4000+ cals every day, and im around 193, 194. Most i was was 194.8 and least ive been is 193. im pretty stoked about this cycle!

I will be getting 300g of protein and any extra will be great too. This will be a lot more than my last cycle. I will keep a log when I start! And ill be getting my PR's for sure!:p

I dont even know what hes talking about. lol yea its truly a blessing. maybe only being 100lbs freshman year in highschool helped for the future i had :) what are you gonna do? Yea im def keeping a log. My recent avi is pretty much my before pic so I cant wait to see what it does to me 15 weeks later

Eat more good calories. 4000 is a nice number for your size, but I would add 100 grams of protein. Trade some of that bread for sweet potatoes. Throw down on some whole wheat pasta, make 10oz of sirloin into meat balls and munch that down. I like how much milk your drinking though. Gotta get that red meat. Big hunks of chicken. No lunch meat. That shit sucks. Variety is the spice of life man, red meat and d milk are the foods of animals. Ill bite a chunk out of a cows neck if I leave my damn lunch at home. Seems like my strength went up when I ate a lot of d, and then it went up when I ate a lot of red meat too.
 
as a result of the thread bump, I went and read the entire thread. I have extremely similar stats as him pre-cycle and my physique looks very similar to his.

How exactly did he do on his cycle? Did he gain a lot? Gain or lose fat? etc
 
Does anybody think anadrol 50mg and tren will work similar to his cycle? It's all I can get my hands on and I've done it twice but I'm not getting the results I thought I would. Any suggestions on how or
When to start anadrol durring the cycle. I was told to do the 1 cc of tren every other day for the whole six week cycle and start the anadrol for the last four weeks. Does this sound right?
