Test/deca/anadrol in 1 month bitches

Well my strength numbers now are below. The ( ) is what my goals are

BW: 194 (215)
bench - 275x5 (315X5)
squat - 295x5 (335x5)
deadlift - 315x5 (not the greatest form) (365x5)
bb row - 175x5 (225x5)
dips - 145+bw x 6 (180x10)
pullups - 12 (20)
bb military - 160x5 (205x5)

Im currently running a 5x5 program so my lifts should all go up even more before i start.

Beautiful compound movement routine bro. The only thing I would add after seeing your pics before would just be some extra press downs for triceps to bring them out.
Do you do your deads on leg day or back day? I'm loving the deads right now cause I cant squat again yet(knee surgery). But i'm still doing them (and BB rows) on the smith so I have more stability and control and isolation.

Damn youre a big fucker! haha 300 will be sick. Your diet looks good too. When im older i am going to switch a lot of my milk(stuff is pretty bad for you, but im young so i dont care) to meat and my ww bread to sweet potatoes but for now i need things that are convenient.

I am doing the 5x5 right now. Its going pretty good. Heres a vid of me doing deads at 315x5. I think my form is a little off but the more I read i see that upper back rounding a little bit is OK. And for triceps i am doing sjullcrushers. Triceps have always been my weak point. BUt my tris are still sore on the back part which is my weakest and its from the skullcrushers.

I was either gonna start my cycle when i stall on all my lifts on the 5x5, or switch to a HST routine. Or go for higher reps. Im not sure yet, but i wouldnt be doing my deads on squat days unless i kept with the 5x5.

hey ceo I understand you're a mod so why do you say things like that in the aas forum? this isn't chat and we both know that you are just trying to make a point that I don't know what to do as a personal trainer. I'd expect help from a mod. I tell them to stretch on their own time because we only get 30 minutes with each client

They are coming to you not knowing how to workout and you expect them to know how to stretch on their own? Bro, it is your responsibility to teach them how to stretch (they are paying you after all).

Of course not every one of your clients will have the same stretching protocol, just as not every one of them has the same workout plan. As for having only 30 minutes, you can show them one or two stretches at a time. That only takes a couple minutes. You show them a stretch at the end and have them practice it at home. The next time at the end of the training, have them show you the stretch you taught them last time and correct any mistakes they're making, then show them another stretch. Next session, they show the first stretch again (hopefully they have it right so they don't have to show you a third time), then they show the last stretch you taught them, then you teach a new one.

If you don't know any stretches, I suggest you google some up.

Am I not helping you? If you learned anything from this post then I did help. Even if you learned that you need to learn how to teach stretching to people that pay you to get them healthier and into better shape.

That's the point. It's your responsibility to teach them stretches as well as exercises. I see other PT's doing this in 30 minute sessions. There are PT's here on this site, you can ask some of them how they cram it all into 30 mintues.

In case you missed the title, its "Test/deca/anadrol in 1 month bitches" not "How do I stretch my clients as a personal trainer". Thanks for the advice but I wasn't asking for that. Has nothing to do with the thread.

I have tendonitis in my back elbows(tri insertion) from doing skull crushers in my early 20's. Mind you I was using too much weight because of test. Its taken alot of deep tissue and acupressure massage to get to a point where I can do the things I do nowadays. (didnt work out at all from age 25-32). So my poit is, BE CAREFUL. If you have to do skulls, use a lighter weight for higher reps. Make your rep a 4 second rep. 2 seconds on the positive, 2 seconds on the negative with strict form. Take shorter rests in between sets too like 45 seconds. This will blast the fuck out of them just as real heavy weight will.
My suggestion would be instead of skulls, do lots of rope and straight bar press downs and if you have a seated dip machine to use you can lean forward or back and play with palm placement and find the sweet spot that isolated your tri's. Just a suggestion though;).

Good shit there bro. I was thinking about doing skulls till my triceps got to the size i wanted them and then going to tricep pulldowns to maintain/gain even more. I couldnt imagine doing skullcrushers for the rest of my life and expect to have good elbows lol

what do you think about DB skullcrushers, going down to the side of your head and back up? Holding the db's with palms facing in?

Lol

I am a trainer, and I show my clients exercises. Do I want to stand there while they preform them? Hell no. I want to make them sweat and push them. Stretching is to be taken care of "off the clock"

But gladiator, your diet is indeed interesting...I would personally just add all the protein you can...as your body will be ACHING to create new muscle and needing that precious protein.

But its like you said, you're not getting fat, and you're staying at 193. So it must be working for you.

I can't wait to see what this cycle does to you bro...I hope you hit those PRs!
