sample simple diet off the top of my head
Meal 1- 3eggs- 3 egg whites, 2 slices of whole grain/ multi grain bread or 1 cup of oatmeal for carbs
Meal 2- 1 can of tuna and 2 more slices of multigrain bread. Or chicken, turkey, beef whatever you like with 1 cup brown rice.
Meal 3- 2 chicken breasts and 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4- 30-50 grams of simple carbs/ juice/ dextrose and 50-60 grams of whey protein PWO (post work out shake)
Meal 5- Steak or Chicken and salad with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing.
That's enough protein, carbs and fats for you to grow.
