Whatever sick leave I use is earned compensation.
When I accepted my position they said: we'll give you this much $$$ ... this many vacation days ... and this many sick days
Don't offer it if I can't use it

i get one a month plus a day of vacation a month
I don't know how many that is...
in another pay period i'll be in the six hour leave category, meaning 6 hours sick/vacation a pay period.
so 12 hrs of each a month, not bad.
next rung up is 8 yrs in the making, 8 hrs of each a pay period
