Tbol + Anavar = First cycle log

Hello

I am getting ready for my first cycle, I am 23, 6' at 170lbs at about 12%bf, I aim to get 3500+cals in me every day at a 35/40/25 ratio and have been training for about 3 years.

I want a cycle that will allow me to put around 15lbs of muscle mass and loose some fat. The cycle I'll be running will be:

wk 1: tbol 40mg/day + var 20mg/day to see my body's reaction
wk2: tbol 50mg + var 30mg
wk3-4: tbol: 60mg + var 30mg
wk5-6: tbol 50mg + var 30mg

PCT:
Nolva: 40/30/20/20

I will be taking quite a lot of supplements during the cycle, here is the list:
- Liv 52 - 6pills
- Animal Pak - 1 sachet (contains 250mg of Milk thissle)
- Flaxseed Oil - morning/evening
- Mono Creatine + CEE
- Beta- Alanine
- Arginine
- ZMA
- Tribulus

My starting stats are:
- Arms: 12.6" cold unflexed/14" cold flexed
- Forearms: 10.6"
- Waist: 32"
- Chest: 39"
- Thighs: 20"
- Calves: 15.8"

I'll be starting the cycle tomorrow and I will try to be as detailed as possible. I'm doing it as much for me to keep track of the changes as for anyone interested in the results so you are welcome to comment.

IMO you will not gain 15lbs of muscle on these oral compounds alone. Now if you wanted to gain 15lbs use Dbol it won't be 15lbs of muscle but it will be 15lbs.
You really should be looking for a Test base for your cycle. Are you afraid of needles or something?
 
how long have yuo been training. You can gain 30 lbs naturally if you tried within the next 2 years.

ONly been training 3 years??? ya train for at least 2 more natty.

Oh I hear yeah... But its like givin a kid a pack of smokes and telling him not to smoke one. LOL!!

To the OP, Tbol is going to give you strength and Var will cut you down b/f wise. But if you really want to add muscle mass, you need to produce or add more test in your body on top of that food to feed those growing muscles... You will like what the tbol does to you if its real! But it will go away when you are done. and you will be mad and want more. If you think you are really to do this put yourself together a nice starter cycles... Do that by reading and reading some more. Order everything you need including your PCT and train hard... Have fun!
 
Well, unfortunately I am an inpatient bastard so knowing I can get the same results in 6 weeks of this that I would in 2 years of hard work.....well.....you know.....

And the fact is that I could be spending those 2 years building on what I gain in these 6 weeks so, either way, it is a debate that can't be won, basically it is a matter of personal choice in the end.
 
yes, true. he will gain some lbm on this cycle. but if he wants real muscle, he'll have to training naturally and then stick a needle full of testosterone in his body for a real cycle. :evil:

I have a tendincy to tell people to training longer if they have trained naturally less than 5 years.

In 6 weeks lets say on the big side you gain 10 lbs. great, loose a few off cycle and you gain 8 lbs.
in 2 years of hard consistant training you can gain 20+ lbs, with a great diet of course.
which is the better plan, I dont have a phd in math (but my brother does!) but I can see which is the better route. To each his own..

what sweed says is right..i gained 7kgs on my var and tbol cycle..lost 4 kgs in pct..no doubt by 6th week i was feeling on top of this world but after pct i realised it could have been better ..i also got loads of stomach ailments..at your age you can gain much more naturally because your test is at its best..later on when test starts dropping you could go for a test first cycle but not without properly educating yourself with the pros and cons..
 
Well, the problem with young people is that they never do what they're told and have to find out things the hard way so since I started this route I'll either gain some pounds or learn a lesson, probably both.

Can you tell me what doses were you running, for how long, what PCT and what you think you could have done better. Also, was it your first cycle?
 
Hey guys,

My first workout today, actually today is my 2nd day of taking it because as I've said I am an inpatient bastard and started taking it on Sunday.

The workout today was INSAAAANE, at first I thought it was all in my mind but I was able to do 2 workouts in one and at the end of it I wasn't even that tired. And don't get me started on the pumps......I was able to hammer nails in walls with my forearm....it was ROCK SOLID and I couldn't even flex my arm fully, that is how pumped my arms are....and I didn't even start taking the arginine......my arms may explode :)

I'll keep you posted on tomorrow's workout.

As a sidenote, my starting weight is actually 173lbs as measured today, I doubt that the tbol works fast enough to put it on that, I just think I ate a lot this weekend before starting taking it.
 
It's still not too late to pin yourself in the ass with some Test E my friend...that is, if you want REAL gains...mwahahaha.

To be honest, I feel I am eating so much that I will get fat like a pig....hopefully that won't be the case.....have some gas now so my belly looks like like I am couch potato but hopefully I won't add fat
 
As mentioned previously I am eating like a monster, here are my numbers for today, obviously they are +/- because I don't weigh my food, I just approximate:

Calories: 4837
Protein: 405
Fats: 152
Carbs: 447

So I managed to get a ration of 34/38/28. I would say not bad considering I only ate things I really like, stayed away from fried foods and my fats, while a bit high, came from nuts & dairy.

What do you think?
 
Another day another great workout, painfull pumps, no sides, I think I'm not going to wait another 4 days to go to 30/50 I think I will start tomorrow and then work to 30/60 and cut the tbol shorter than 6 weeks since all the information I have says that past week 5 it is useles
 
WEEK 1 + 1day report

I now weigh 178 so I have added 5 pounds this week.

Unfortunately I am seeing some side-effects maybe you guys could help me with:
-1st I feel some pressure around the liver
-2nd and this worries me a bit is the fact that my balls shrunk a bit, should I drop the dose (I am now 60tbol 30var) or even stop? I am doing 1-2g trib every day

I am a member of three forums focusing on bodybuilding and steroid use(that I remember usernames and passwords for anyway) and I am a moderator on 1 of them. Most everyone says not to use two orals at one time. I was planning on using tbol and var, I purchased them along with nolvadex and clomid and some trib and some liver support. I continued to read and post in this regard and have chosen not to go through with this particular cycle. I am thinking that I will use var at 40mg for 6 weeks as well as around 10 grams of creatine each day and of course the liver sup, trib and the pct shit to. I dont want liver or kidney pain or damage. I plan on saving the tbol for my 2nd cycle and including around 4 or 500 mg of test. I guess 12 weeks of test and like 4 to 6 weeks of the tbol at the beggining, as the test starts to kick in. You should probably stop at least one of those orals, or dramatically cut your doses if the pain and discomfort persists.

You are a moderator somewhere? Where GNC forums? The way you talk seems like you have no idea what you are talking about... And 40mg Var ed isn't shit!! Ohhh but wait you will be stacking with Creatine!!! Now you'll get ripped!!!
 
well, to be perfectly honest with you, before starting this cycle.....asking around......most people told me it was dumb and I would get shit in the way of results plus it would be really bad for my body, I considered them ASSHOLES, well......now.....not so much, I have gained about 4-5lbs and about 1/2in in arms, 2in in chest, 2in in thighs but I am really questioning if it is worth the liver stress (no damage but I have to sleep A LOT 10h+ for my liver to cope with what I am doing to it) and kidneys. And when I heard people talking about this I thought they were idiots and they weren't taking precausions.....well......I am....I'm taking 9 Liv 52/day and it still hurts.....without it who knows how bad it would be.

This cycle is good so I get experience with steroids and realize that they are not a miracle, they are just a tool but I doubt I would ever do orals alone so I will just have to get over my fear of needles and next time I am pinning up.
 
My log wasn't really at all detailed but I thought I would at least let you know what the outcome was. I pretty much messed it up as much as I could so the results are quite miraculous considering my cycle was:

weeks 1-3 tbol+var starting at 30t+20var going up to 60t+30var and going back to 50t+30var
week 4 var 30
week 5 tbol:80-90

As notes I would say that at 60tbol + 30var I had some rather bad back pains......kidneys probably and moderate liver pain. Other side effects would be the fact that I was lethargic most of the cycle which caused me to cut it short and the fact that I slept most of the day.

Here are the results:

- weight started at 170lbs and right now I am at 183lbs so a plus of 13lbs

- Arms: 12.6" cold unflexed/14" cold flexed >>> 13.2"/14.8" so a plus of 0.8"
- Forearms: 10.6" >>> 11.4" so a plus of 0.8"
- Waist: 32" >>> 32.5" but it looks more toned
- Chest: 39" >>> 41.2" +2.2"
- Thighs: 20" >>> 22" +2"
- Calves: 15.8" >>> 16.1"....+ not that much :)

Overall, I learned some valuable lessons and next time I will plan stuff A LOT better and probably pin up but I am happy with the gains so everything turned out OK
