Ok first take a roll round long whatever and cut most of the inside out of both sides.This will lower the carbs too than Grill a piece or two or three of chicken depending on the size of the roll your using.Sautee some mushrooms tomatoes and whtever else you like.Now take some cottage cheese put it in where you cut the hole in the roll put what you sauteed on top of the cottage cheese and than put the chicken on top. I than put some Fat Free Ranch on top of the chicken this is up to you but it tastes pretty good and not to messy since everything is confined in that space you carved out of the roll.
