Hi Ladies:

I need to lose 14 pounds in 4 weeks. Diet is perfect. Question though, do you think by adding Thermorexin, Cardio Breeze, and Yohimburn would help make a difference? Or are there any other good fat burners out there?

Hi Firecracker-

Can you post your diet? everyone says their diet is perfect. It might be ..or not. Then, we might suggest a fat burning product that might help..
 
Diet- I don't really want to change my diet, this has been working for me for the past 7 weeks with modifications here and there. I just need to add something for a final oopmf to get me there. Any good supps out there?

1/2 scoop shake

1 chicken breast
1/2 tbs flax

You are only having three meals per day. No amount of fat burner will help you unless you put more fuel in the tank. You need to have 5-6 meals a day. Protein with every meal. They don't have to be large.
For instance you need to add eggs or egg whites with your oatmeal. A protein drink so you can have that on the go; fish, more carbs and so forth.

If you want direction on doing this, we can help..
Quite frankly I don't want to spend 15 minutes giving you a diet change when you might not want it. If you do, please let us now..

Stimulant based or non? do u have a preference?

oh and i have to agree about the diet. 5 meals or eventually your metabolism will slow to a halt.

I count 7 meals. Very small meals but still 7 meals non the less. What are your stats btw?

I am very happy you're losing 1.7lbs per week. That's actually pretty good. However, it would be irresponsible on my part to suggest a fat burner when you're only having 3 meals a day. Fat burners are for when you're eating clean and need to loose the extra fat and water retention. A fat burner works best in conjunction with strength training and cardio.
Perhaps someone else might suggest something..

Is it very healthy to lose 14 lbs in 4 weeks?

Is this for competition?

Drop the oatmeal have eggwhites instead in the morning and make sure the veggies are green(no peas). If all you want to do is drop weight to win well then you can do that with something like expel but all it will be is water weight it will come back
 
I can't stress how important it is to eat enough. Of course we all want to loose weight at a nice steady rapid way, but it is really not affective. Do you know if that 1.7 is all fat or muscle as well? Are you having your bf tested? Calipers?

I worked with a trainer last year to get me ready for my show and she dieted me hard. I lost a lot of muscle. I have been working with an amazing trainer since last Oct and his approach is amazing. He feeds me :) I just started my show diet yesterday with him and it is completely different that the last trainer I worked with.

Also if you changed your shakes with chicken it is more thermogenic as it takes your body longer to digest.
 
Let me ask a question, not to sound stupid but I am just trying to make a point.

Do fat burners really work? Seriously? Is there really a magic pill that will help you loose fat? If so, please let me know.

I've tried several different types of "fat burners" and just ended up with bad headaches, sleepless nights and no fat loss. I guess my body can not tolerate the chemicals they put into the pills.

I found the only way to lose fat off my body is to do endless amounts of cardio. Puttling on muscle is no problem for me. I bulk like you wouldn't believe and with very little weight. I do 70lb leg presses and my mucles bust through the seams. BUT, the fat just will not budge.

I wish there was a fat burner that I could take without all the side effects. If there is ladies, please let me know.
 
there is no magic pill for weight loss or magic steroid for muscle gain. u still need to watch the diet, do the cardio, and lift the weights.

look into Xplosive Burn from www.proteabody.com. it is a CNS but i had no sides.
