supplement kingdom going down hill?

last several times i have ordered they take at least a week to ship and most of the time there is a missing product or two... they do not charge me but it gets very irritating to wait a week (what use to be 2 day shipping and FREE) and not have all my products

i hope it gets better
 
I had the same problems too man... I stopped ordering from them and started ordering from DPS again. I hate to sell out a board sponsor but DPS just had better prices and much better service.
 
Needtobuildmuscle.com has the best customer service. free shipping too!

I tried ordering From Supplement Knigdom,a pretty good size order well i fill out all shipping info things are ready to go,i press ok to send,get an error ,My E mail is not accaptable, OK i thought ,tryed again,Error same thing,so i figured it because it a secure mail site,so i use my Yahoo mail,,,,Guess Freaking what? ERROR,i can't order i give up as go back to my good people at NutritionExpress,got my order in 4 days.

Agreed every business drops the ball now and then what makes a customer for life is how they handle the situation and cleary they are handling there business well.
 
These guys have been good to go for me. Definitely seems like they are making good on a few trouble orders. I would take advantage of the discount.
 
I'll throw my $.02 in the mix. Both times I have ordered from them I have been very happy with the service, speed of order and pricing. I would use them again.

And same with Primordial (Jered in customer service is great), and NeedTo. All three of these companies have been excellent, IMO.
 
We do have the best sponsors here. Both orders I've placed with SK have been good to go.

Now see this is how a business is run. They get feedback and then step up to clear up any issues with the community.

Props to a great site.
 
I have never had any problems with them, always shipped out on time. Not to mention they are on here actively trying to fix the few problems they have had. Personally if a company sought after me becuase i was unsatisfied and wanted to make things right that shows me that they care about their customers unlike some places and would keep me as a long time customer.

i've never had any problem with supplement kingdom...in the past or just recently. as we say here in the south, they are "good people".
 
ive never had any problems with SK... even if i did itd hard to complain with the ridiculous prices they have put up!! that are benefiting me !

I too have never had any issues with the company. There are some that are faster, maybe a little cheaper, but it's nice to use a forum sponsor that i can contact, and if they don't listen to me, the big guns can always get an answer..

It's just good business and makes good sense..
