I'm cutting carbs a little radar but nothing crazy. I need some or I couldn't survive lol. I've always been an ectomorph by nature. My last deca cycle did it for me though. I'm 6' sitting at about 12% bf at 214lbs. Looking to drop my bf down to atleast 8 or 9 and maybe and add another 10-12 of lean muscle. I'm taking in about 250 g of protein. Diet is very clean and almost completely organic at that.
