No seriously, I prefer IM, however it really depends how much you are shooting and what your goals are.
IM doesnt hurt its a tenny tinny little pin.

im going with what i was told by the good old gym rats then

HCG - IM shoulders
HGH - Sub Q abs
all else - IM rotate

nothing in my nut sack

Thread jacking is an art form, and I think you are spot on with your pining bro. Good Luck to you, and I will keep an eye out for those thread jackers. You should really reconsider and try to pin the HCG at least once IB (Intra Ball Sack).
