You are right at 7%. Look to be on the "flat" side right now (intacellularly) and maybe a slight bit of water weight (extracellular). Definately 7% though....through the top half of the body.
You can be lean at 6-7% while holding a slight amount of water and also usually at the same time that your muscles are depleted making you look flat.
I agree with GJohnson on this one.
Other factors.....no tan
and, lighting of the picture and quality of the picture. This has a huge impact.
This can be easily corrected by increasing carbs for a day with r-ALA and a natual diuretic like Dandelion root. Actually, I sometimes look dryer the day or two after. Get a little tan and change the lighting. Have to keep the vascularity up while staying dry is the key. Maintaining insulin low so as to not increase water retention while having enough to shuttle carbs into the muscles for vascularity.....try increasing potassium.
