Like I said, I'm a trainer at a gym that uses skinfold calipers. I've been getting tested 2x a week for the past 1-2 months and my last reading was 6.96. The pics are pretty shitty, and they don't justify my vascularity. I'll try to get some better ones soon. I'm not worried about you doubters. The smart bros already agree that I'm around 7%. I'm sure I'd be different with the water test or the bodpod, but with the calipers, I'm about 7.....end of story!
