Stupid Question: Does anyone bother to shave the area that they are injecting?

I have always heard that you should shave the area that you're injecting if it's got a lot of hair on it and I'm planning on quad injections (I don't shave my legs regularly). The reason I don't want to shave my legs or even just a patch on my quad is that my girl will kind of wonder what the fuck is going on. But, if it's something I should do to prevent an infection, I will.

hell yes the hair folicles"SP" can carry alot of unwanted bacteria.

I do it just for safety.
