okay so i am in this slump on my bench and squat for this entire summer and can't get out of it and was wondering if i tool l-glutamine, zma, and maybe something else would it get me out of it and could you guys name what you are taking as of now.

taking protien powder right now

bench press

1x10
1x7
1x4
1x2 or 1

incline barbell press

3x8

dips

3x8

skulls

3x5-8 if i cant do any more reps then do close grips

bent over barbell rows

3x8

dumbell rows

3x5-6
 
dude- how about how long you have been training, how many cal you are eating a day, etc. The more info we get the better we can advise....
 
sorry man am let me think calories i would say around 3-4 thousand, i drink 3 protien shakes a day and i weigh 231.4lbs.

i'd suggest checking out the stickies at the top of the training forums for bench. i'm guessing you need lots of help. you need to start reading and learning on your own if you want to get serious about lifting. do the research, it pays off
 
I know that "read the training stickies" might not be what you were looking for, but that is a great place to start... I suggest 5x5 is a good place to start with to gain mass and strength...

Also, try not to through in too many exercises per session (you look okay for now though I guess) And try to round out your routine to cover all the bases.
