mods, if you could leave up for a little bit
today was hectic, so the only whole food i had was two 8oz chicken breasts, i also had two labrada lean body bars 30g protien, two labrada lean body shakes42g protien (one earl with added 25g protien, breakfast 1serving muscle milk, with added 25g protiein (total like 50ish grams)
i usually try for 3 whole meals, and three supps between for average day.
todays meals are ok, as long as its not a regular thing right?
silly question kinda, i know its ok, but is it OK
