hey yall, I was benching last Sunday and I was motoring through 3x8 @ 225 on flat barbell bench and everything felt fine the 1st set. Then on the second rep on the 2nd set I really felt like I had pulled my left pec right were it connects into the shoulder (it felt like that area just got really tight...). But I worked through the nagging pain. I went in yesterday to bench again and it felt really bad (not joint or torn or anything, just real tight and like a 'soreness' pain). Anyways, any of you guys ever experience this before? If so how long am I gonna be out??
