Stomach

Hi people...need advice....I have been training for a while now....I want to know which work out is best for stomach....as I have very small/skinny stomach......mainly I have been working on chest and arms.....and it feels and looks strange that upper half of my body is broad and the stomach is like crap!!!

Another question!!! do u know any suppliments that actually help with weight gain or muscle.

You can work your stomach out everyday. Eat right.

There are no "suppliments" you can take to help your stomach. Just hard work and determination!!!
