You are getting a lot of random advice on here. From experience I can tell you that you most likely have gastritis from your binge drinking. This is something we see often. You aren't "allergic" to alcohol, and it's unlikely you have Helicobactr pylori infection causing an ulcer. Gastritis is a known complication from drinking too much alcohol. It's the price we pay in our merry ways of partying.
Hepatitis usually is painless unless caused by an acute virus (e.g., hep A) or in end failure. Chances are you probably have a transaminitis just taking the AAS. If you're concerned about liver toxicity, you can purchase some N-acetylcysteine at GNC. It's the same stuff we give to patients for acetaminophen overdoses, except we give it in IV form. The oral liquid tastes like crap, but the supplements are capsules if I believe correctly. Most liver toxicity results from depletion of glutathione, which "detoxifies" the liver by cleaning up free radicals. NAC will substitute for its function.
If in doubt, go see a physician and have your LFT's checked. In fact, I would recommend anyone on AAS see a physician for LFT's and lipid profiles on a regular basis. AAS can seriously mess with your cholesterol.
