Starting the SUPER STACK Wed

wooooooooooooeeeeeeeee I am fucking PUMPED right now -- I should receive my package tomorrow and be able to start wednesday on the SUPER STACK from needto... for those of you who dont know - it is tren tfo/beastdrol/deiselbolan. then 4 week pct consisting of forged pct and sustain alpha...

Currently 12 week Goal
Flat Bench 285x1 315x4
Incline 245x1 275x4
Shoulder Prs 225x1 255x2
Deadlift 365x3 455x1
BF% 15 12
Weight 226 I dont give a f#@k


I know squat should be on here but I just do higher reps, dont really get into heavy weight.

But those are my goals -- attainable or unattainable - GUESS we will find out!
 
Don't usually post but gotta chime in. You should be pumped bro. I am two days into week three and I am up to 208 from 196 and have lost 1% body fat. Unreal stuff here. Can't FN wait to see what happens by the end of the cycle!!!
 
Yeah I'm doing the super stack. I actually did Tren and beastrol first instead of the diesel first jsut to see the difference. My partner is doing tren/Diesel for the first four. I am not the biggest or strongest guy but strenth gains have been a little better than when on Dbol/sust an few years ago. For example: Pre cycle I was doing 85lb dumbells 5x5. Yesterday I did 4 sets of the 105s at eight reps so I'm pretty excited so far. In addition my diet has been very to the point and I have been getting my aminos and multi's. I do have slightly elevated blood pressure but as of now that is the only side. At the end of my cycle I will be posting my before and after measurements as well as pics.
 
He's having having pretty good gains and also gaining strenth of course. I don't know if he is tracking his gains as well as I am but improving none the less.
 
I will be tracking before and after pics and stats -- sitting at day 1, after week 4, after week 8, after week 12(after the pct).

First day was today -- and I think most was mental but I fuckin GOT IT -- best workout in a while and sweated like a mutant... Cant wait for this ride! I feel like I am on my way up the tallest roller coaster... I am expecting gains close to my 8 week tren/prop cycle 9 months ago....... big hopes!

I know its all mental right now -- but today and yesterday I fucking got it better than I have in a long time -- was hot, legs were burning today.. but again I GOT IT... and i know i will be paying for it the next few days... chest is tore up from Tuesday workout too -- tomorrow is my fav day... shoulders/traps :)
 
Me too -- What am I supposed to "feel" from the dieselbolan?

I think mentally I am already stronger, I shrugged 6 plates 3x yesterday and it felt fucking fantastic! Still only got 225x2 on shldr press -
 
Day 6 -- First let me tell you I had a HORRIBLE weekend and let life get to me, drank both friday and saturday and not a lot of rest either night.. had a basketball game on Sunday and suffered the whole time from dehydration -- Dont flame me for this I already know... Anyway -- people want to know if these products are good?

Today did DB's for the first time in probably 3 months for chest. Ended up hitting 120's in each hand on my 4th work set for a set of 5+1(assisted)... I think the most I had ever put up was 110's... followed up with 4 strong strong sets of incline, and another personal best 110's on my 4th set for 4+2(assisted)...

Impressed so far!
 
Heres an update -- Day 9 I did shoulders... Definitely able to push more weight and longer -- got 225x2 on my seated bb press.... Big surprise on day 10 for chest... Got my 315x1 and it felt pretty light -- was veryyyyyy surprised... needless to say I got a dynamite workout in after I did that -- I was so pumped... Also day 10 I am noticing a lot more vascularity... Not staying out of the gym yet though -- I hope to see vascularity continue even when im not in the gym -- I see it in my traps is about it!
 
Running a little over 2 weeks now -- strength is "strengthening" and vascularity is coming through!!! I am starting to hear some compliments and rumors -- so I love it!

What is the difference I will notice when the diesel is over and the beast starts???

Next two weeks of the deisel is the most powerful. You will see the difference and so will others. When you get about 1 week into the best you will be praising the stack like its god. Trust me the best is yet to come. You are in for a ride. Kill that shit in the gym,eat and enjoy.

oh and i agree with needto, the weeks 2 and 3 on deisel are awesome!!!!

week two of beast is the freak gain week for most people. Its the week they call me asking for bulk order discounts lol. Really from that point on its nothing but str8 up muscle and size gains.
 
Day 17 -- second chest day for the week... felt really drained and kinda disappointed... Body probably needs a little bit of a break -- couldnt get 315 up, but still got an overall good workout in - Hope to see some major gains throughout the next week. Arms day tomorrow

We all have a shitty day from time to time. Eat more,drink more water and get some good sleep.
 
Had another heavy day yesterday but I blame that on myself due the the 4th of July weekend... and I hit it SUPER hard last week.... I am going to update this thread Friday -- I better see 315 go up!

I do feel a huge pump-- my forearms get so pumped no matter what I do..
