I know I don't have a high post count but still feel the need to chime in. OP, I got to 197 @11% body fat about 13-14 months ago. I then had some pain in my abs and the doc found I had 3 hernias. Long story short after my surgery I fell down to 148. I couldn't eat well and of course I couldn't workout. I started working out in late Oct of last year at 148. I got back to 190 before the end of the year. Muscle memory is awesome. I didn't use one single supplement unless you count protein powder and a multi vitamin. If you are going to use gear at least wait a couple of months. You will waste the stuff on gains you will make naturally. I mean, if anyone had the choice of making gains at the same rate would they do it naturally or on cycle? If you lift and eat you will make fast gains to upper 180's in no time. Your strength will come back at a crazy fast rate as well. Eat and lift my friend. Good luck.
