Starting Out.....Help

I have been reading this message board for a while now and have finally ecided to take the next step......And write my own thread.

This is more of a cry for help than anything else as I do not have that many people I can talk to about this kinda thing, you all seem like decent folk.

I have been training now for almost 4 years, I am 21 years old and am rather dissapointed in my own development. I train hard, 4 to 5 days a week.

I have a strict training plan drawn up by myself. Thats enough about me.

Down to the nitty gritty, I am currently debating whether to start using Sust and Deca, on a 6-8 week cycle, I have freinds that use and their gain and improvement is what i have been aiming for all this time. I weigh in at about 14 stone (meagre I know).

What i would like to know is more about cycle patterns, mgs per shot......best practices.....I have been doing a lot of research into it but have yet to find someone that can give me real informed views and opinions.

Hope that I am not wasting my own or your precious time

I think that you still can make a lot more gaines naturaly. How is your diet? But if you want to start AS then you can run test only for your first cycle at 250mgs to 400mgs per week. My 1st cycle was t400 at 400mgs/week and deca at 200mgs/week. I had very good results. However you can do all the juice in the world and if your diet is not in order you will remain a little man. Prices can vary. 10 week test only cycle at 250-500mgs/week can run from $50 to $100. Don't forget anti e's and clomid post cycle. Hope this helps.
 
I'll assume this is your first get-go, and I assure you that no one will spend the time writing all the information you need to know to do a cycle intelligently.

My advice is to just search the boards. Don't do a Sust/Deca cycle because that is what your friends are doing. Research all AS and decide which is best for you (weighing the pros and cons of each).

I did 4 months of straight research before I started, and I would recommend the same. All the information you need to know can be found on this board.

2bbigger has some good advice. Make sure your taking in enough protien (1.5grams per lbs of bodyweight per day) and calories (about 4000). Look through some magazines for training routines or do a search here for some. I wouldn't do sust for a first cycle. Try enanthate or cypionate instead (besides it's cheaper).
