Starting my cutting monday - wish me luck!

Well all my supplies have finally came in. I have spent an entire year bulking, now it's time to shed some fat for 45 days of PAIN.

Cardio:
1hr 7mph jog or 20min 4mph/10mph HIIT

Supplements:
Vitamin E
Multivitamin + iron
6 ECA
1g UA
5g ALA
20g Fish Oil
10g Glutamine
10g Creatine
Yohimburn

My current stats are 207lbs and 14% bf. Looking to get down to around 10% bf.

I hope I don't wuss out this time like I always do come time to cut.
 
What kind of diet do you plan to follow? Supplements look good- I don't know about the creatine though. As long as you're not worried about carrying some water while cutting. Personally, I'd eliminate the creatine for now and save it for bulking.
 
My diet is very basic, calorie intake is about 500 below maintance with high protein, moderate carbs, low fat. Didn't really plan anything out, just gonna try to keep track through the day (even if I did plan out what I would eat, I wouldn't follow it). I decided not to do a zero carb diet because I have heard that ALA does not have a very good effect with very low carb diets.

The reason I am taking 10g creatine is because I forgot to mark my tubs of creatine and glutamine so I don't know which is which :D.
 
Back on track. Lost quite alot of bodyfat so far (tested with the simple "pinch" test) and my acne from my bulking cycle is pretty much cleared up, I am guessing that is from the fish oil. I have figured out that I need to take the ALA and Fish Oil BEFORE I eat to avoid throwing up. Viens are starting to show and my muscles feel alot harder. I also have been growing quite a bit, which I didnt think I would do on a cutting cycle. Still lots of pills left, hope I can reach my goal :D
 
many have found that ala and yohimburn work well together.. as ALA has the potential to decrease blood glucose and insulin.. increasing the lipolytic "window"..
 
Huck from anabolic board used liquidex with eca and yohimburn and got outstanding results.

The biggest challenge to me is preserve muscle while cutting. It goes against the natural survival message that all our bodies are programed for. Maybe a good PH to prevent that. Good luck.
