Whats up, its punch. Started 1-AD cycle last week. 2 tabs per day. Today starting 3 tabs for the week. Next week I go to 4 and then maybe 5.
If you read my last postings you know that I gained several pounds while on my last cycle which was combined with MAG-10.
I lost only 3 lbs being off. This time around I am taking 1-AD alone to test results. I am curious to see if 1-AD w/out 4-AD works that well.
Currently I am 195lbs shooting for 205lbs by end of the cycle. My guess is I am approx 10-15% BF currently.
I will keep everyone posted on my second cycle.
