Started my cycle today. :D

Second shot of test yesterday, and the winny is stating to do its job... getting leaner while gaining weight, up to around 221.8, bench and deadlift are both up this week, recovering more quickly, getting doms only in my traps, which seems to never go away, however they are also starting to look bigger.
 
definitely gona follow your cycle as id like to throw winny into my next cycle, only problem is the joint issues. what does your pct look like brother?

Probably not doing PCT. Gear is legal in the UK, my wife and I do not want children and I am 35... going to coast on test indefinately most likely or switch to a milder androgen and bridge here and there. I've previously done a year long cycle before and successfully recovered on nothing but aromasin and nolva 8 years ago, although it tooks a couple months to get completely normal again.

As I am only doing winny for 3 weeks the joint issues should not exhibit themselves.
 
Two weeks in. I weighed in at 224.5 lbs this morning, but look leaner and tighter (although still not in great shape). I have eaten over maintainence a couple days in the last few days, but have actually been at a slight caloric deficit most days. I have definately lost fat and gained muscle. My strength is continuing to increase.
 
I think my winny was fake. Sex drive is up, strength is up, weight is up. 226 lbs this morning I ran out of winny yesterday and today was my test to see if it was giving me strength gains. Set a 10lbs PR on bench and squat both this morning and felt like I could have added more weight. So no lose of strength, and in fact gained strength the day after coming off the winny. I didn't get the strength surge early on one would expect on 50mg of winny a day. I think the test is the only thing working in my system. If I continue to set more PR's over the coming week I'll know for sure that it is all test doing the job and my winny was not legit.
 
if that is true it sux.. sorry to hear that.. but no point in worrying now.. the test is kicking in and you will be making gains

Yeah I gave their winny a try becuase I wanted to kickstart my cycle as my supplier was running late with my order so bought their cheap generic winny tabs (which ended up arriving same day as my amps) and they had already shipped me legit pharmacy AI's.

I got suspecious when I didn't see any real strength gains in week one on winny and my squat actually went down in week two... then BOOM! Week 3 (which seems about right for test ena to kick in) sex drive went up, I started to appear bigger and leaner and the weights started climbing.

Still it was very cheap so minimal loss of money and the test is all legit human pharma and is definately working. Bench up 30, squat 10, deadlifts 50, and I've gained 11 lbs (but look leaner and my weight lifting belt is looser and now out of notches) and I just took my 4th shot today of the test. It is good to be back. :D

My wife was pleased, a couple times today, with my results thus far. She has commented that she loves how much more "aggressive and dominant" I am in the bedroom and noted my body is getting harder as well.
 
Gaining weight at an absurd rate while trying to limit calories during my feed window by cutting back to a 4 hour window (doing lean gains IF style diet) and hitting 300g of protein a day. Adding more fiber through beans and such to fill me up faster, as I am actually trying to lean out a lot more. Up to 228.5 this morning, even though I am getting leaner (yet still lack any appreciable definition due to too much body fat). Have added 20 lbs to my bench, squat and deadlift PR's in the last week. Training six days a week, making sure to do heavy squat, deadlift and bench singles 3x a week, along with a 3x5 on barbell rows x3 a week. Taking a volume approach to other movements including: upright rows, dumbbell presses, dumbbell rows, front squats, good mornings, face pulls, incline curls, chinups, incline tricep extentions, ab work, calve raises etc. Every workout day starts with heavy powerlifting, with the fluff work only allowed after the heavy lifting.
 
Updating 1RM are stalling a bit so changing over to a 5x5 on all my compound movements for awhile. Up to 229, bench is up 55 lbs, squat 70 lbs and deadlift 110 lbs... my rows for reps are up around 60 lbs. In-laws and others are commenting that I seem to look thinner in the face or my waist smaller etc. Increasing calories for faster gains while continuing to recomp.

Overall being heavily detrained I must say 6 weeks on 500mg of test is like night and day. Gaining muscle, losing fat, recovering massively faster and my lifts are continuing to increase continually. My mood, sense of well being and even severity of my Meniere's vertigo attacks have all improved.
