Anywho, results thus far: I work part time at my gym and train on the clock. I found I did not want to stop doing sets after my regular workout so ended up doing tons of barbell rows and curls after my regular power-lifting training. I am up to 220 today, and my tri's and lats are killing me (today is off day). I want to train today but am sticking with the planned off day as Sat and Sun I am at the gym 5 hours on both days as I open the gym on the weekends, and tend to do a lot of training volume, so would like to be fresh for it.
I am wondering if switching to a high carb IF (doing Lean Gains) is impacting my weight, as I was up to 219 from eating more carbs prior to staring the cycle. I've been in a caloric deficit on all days yet am up 1 lbs since the day I started my gear. Yesterday I felt good energy wise and strength was up very slightly but my sex drive seemed lower than normal. Last night however I woke up twice in the night with morning wood and banged the wifey (who is now sleeping and recovering).
Going to up my winny to 50mg a day and use up what I have as a 3 week kickstart then stay on the test only (I have 100x10mg tabs). By the time my winny runs out, the test should be kicking in hard and I will be on my 3rd injection of 500mg.
I find it strange that I have gained a 1 lbs in 2 days given that my weight had stabilized on the higher carb intake, as the test should not really be kicking in yet, off the winstrol only unless it is simply due to increased glycogen uptake into my muscle tissue, as my sodium intake is fairly low and I am in a small caloric deficit.
Does anyone think that after 8 years being off the gear, my old muscle memory (keeping in mind my biceps measure 3" smaller than they did in 2004, and my chest 5-6" smaller), that my body is likely to put on a fair amount of my old muscle when cutting on my cycle, rather that just preserving it?
