squat question

Is it harmful on the last few reps to be doing a good morning/squat. In my opinion, I would it would be beneficial as long as you arent rounding the back? any thoughts

That just sounds painful... maybe I'm messed up but there's no way I could good-morning the same weight I squat.. Ouch.

when you squat I would stop when your form falls apart. If you want to do heavy good mornings, I would just do them as a separate exercise.

If performing one excercise stick to that excercise, most likely your GM form and stance is not that of you Squat, hence the chance of injury is greatly magnified. When form breaks down stop performing the technique, One of the best tips I know. it will help you learn the right technique and avoid injuries

Sounds like a shift to GM motion on the positive would be a result of weak quads. I do the same thing - towards the end of squatting, when I'm tired, I stall at the middle and am tempted to just ASS up the weight.

I don't think it's necessarily dangerous unless you lose your balance and fall, it's just not going to help you accomplish your squat goals.
