spring break is coming

im off to cancun, so this is an emergency. haha. im currently 5'11" 13%bf dropped down from like 166 to 160 already. i dont want to lose too much more weight, but is it possible to lose 3% in two months?
i leave for spring break in the end of april.
im in college, so no homecooked meals, and i live on campus so we dont have a real kitchen. i have a microwave a blender and some protein powder. my diet is okay, i just dont eat enough.
i mostly snack on peanuts and string cheese and apples. throughout the day with a couple of protien shakes and usually a few turkey cold cut sandwiches. im taking xenadrine and drinking a couple liters of water a day.
any diet advice would be great, and if anyone knows how to make designer whey chocolate taste good id like to hear it. it tastes warm and thick, i just mix two scoops with 20 oz of milk.
 
I'll be ready for the beach SPRING BREAK! I've been running and dieting just right. I have been loseing fat and my abs are getting ALOT more defined and i'm not losing any STRENGTH and I've stayed almost the same weight! And I'm not hitting anything yet! ahhh Fuck I'm excited. hehe

actually, i hope i dont have that far to go, my abs are visible too, but not visible enough, i want ppl to see them from a mile away. and i want no fat on pecs.
oh yeah, that reminds me, does cutting gel even help a little bit. i no its not a miracle worker, but if it at least tightens up the skin in some areas, i think id like to give it a try on the pecs.

in college it's really hard, what i'm doing is i don't eat at the cafeteria no more. I stofked up on tuna, turkey and salsa, and lost of protein. Anyway, just do cardio at least 4 times a week, and stop snacking on shit. Don't use cutting gel, but try yohimburn. Do a search on this.take maybe a low dose of winny and that'll get u were u wanna be;
 
yo wut u guys eat to get abs .? and does anyone have ab fat or top heavy genetics like me rather than lower body fat? and what if i cant lose the rest of my tummy fat/ i been eating great like low carbs and high protein and flax oil as fat..

I eat a well balanced diet include enough protein, fat, and carbs, and train my abs 2 or 3 times a week and my abs show fine. I just got off of a bulking diet 2 weeks ago, so they're not as visible as usual, but you can still see them. 3 to 4 weeks they'll be hard as rock though on my current cutting diet. If you like you can PM or email me your diet and I can help you out with it. And no, I'm not genetically gifted for me to naturally have abs without a good diet and training my abs.

My advice would be run on an empty stomach in the m,orning. Stock up on canned food, such as tuna and chicken. Go to an online supplement store such as DPS and buy some protein bars (for those times when you need a snack, so you don't eat crap) and if you want a shake mix that is hella not clumpy, go with isopure. Also you said you mix your shake with milk; if you are trying to cut out I would use water instead, no need for the extra cals. Also water will make it less clumpy. Make sure to continue to hit the weights hard to preserve your strength and muscle.
 
go high protein/fat

low carb

fill up on the protein since it takes longer to digest.


Stay away from the meatloaf though ;-)....college...been there done that.
 
I pretty much did the high protein diet for the last 4 years and now doing the FDA recommendation. Shit, I am more cut then I ever was on the high protein diet. Just eating clean and my energy level is higher.
 
I think, I was consuming to much protein and lots of it was being stored as fat. Was coinsuming between 300 and 500 grams for awhile.
 
hah, im saved. my meal plan can be used at convenience stores on campus. these bastards mostly sell shit. but i found one that sells canned tuna. there is a god.
