Hi everyone. I am a 17 yr. old offensive lineman, heavyweight wrestler, and recently started throwing shot put. I wanted to know if anyone knew some specific lifts I could do to help throw far. I am already strong but a little more never hurt. Also, how am I to go about taking protein and creatine. I wanted to start that. Naturally here are my stats:
Bench: 360
Squat: 570
Clean: 250-needs help, any tips.
DL: 450
