Special FYO for newbies...

Why not to have a section for new to this board where they get a general idea what to do and what to acspect when they become users of this board. Seems like there are at least few a week post. So, why not to create a button next to "register" about the "rules of the game?" We don't want to to get burned from scammers, we don't want them to ask the same questions over and over again, isn't that right? Most of the info could be composed from previous posts. So, what do you think guys and gals?

I know its too hard to get the newbies to read the stickies at the top of the forums that say (For all newbies please read) go figure. Admin must have a way for them to have to read that stuff in order to log on?
