B Big Country 056 New member Aug 9, 2001 #3 Keep it simple. Just buy boneless, skinless chicken breasts...not the pre-frozen crap. That has been treated with a sodium solution. If you must have turkey, buy a turkey breast, bake it and don't salt it. The week before a show is no time to gonear your grocer's deli case!
