yesterday was my leg day and these 2 skinny shrimps were hogging up both squat racks.. one was doing curls and the other was doing shrugs. might ask the front desk to put a sign there saying these are for squats only.

All of these are true but funny. Yet they annoy the shit out of us. Here is my rant:
I got this guy at gym, whose body structure is like fruit pear from the waste down and a shrek upper body. Well, this guy goes around lifting big boy plates especially in his deadlifts, makes a big ass scene with his grunts and all the drama behind it. I and alot of people try to ignore the bastard. All in all, he foes aroujnd ALL the time telling people what they are doing wrong and nobody looks like they like it.
Now, one day he comes up to me and my partner working out chest on incline bench. "Your doing it wrong dude, you should do this and that,,lalala". I looked at him and told him like this " I got this and I;m doing this right, what you need to do is go back and research AAS cause your back and shoulders look like shit with all that acne"!!. "Your probably overdosing yourself to be come a leper"! To his surprise, he just walked off and never said a damn thing to me ever from that point. Consider this too, I was using Tren E at the time, I was a little edgy, trust me! Got tired of his walking around the gym thinking he was king. Thats my rant...
