rofl beastboy i was in the process of typing the exact same thing... I will always b natural and @5'9 175 I can put up 120's.

5'9"? No wonder why you're strong.....I shit turds taller than that. :D

It's not impossible, they could have been overtraining.

I also incorporated heavy db presses after a long time with no direct overhead press and my max bench shot up a good 15 pounds over a 3 month period.

Better diet.

Natural rise in test levels, perhaps they were stressed or just the way their body works.

More rest, or maybe they weren't targeting the shoulders at all before.

How the fuck is this possible? How long does a person worked out to do that? If you add 20 lbs every 8 weeks you will be up to 400 lb dumbells in like a freaking year!? People need years to get that much progress!?

Depends on a few
things.

If you
have a low dumbbell
press to begin with,
then it's very easy.

If you are already
up in the high
numbers, than a nice
cycle will cover that.

It's easy to add 20 lbs to most people's lifts in 8 weeks. The VAST majority fo people who work out are wimp asses (nothing personal) and they don't remotely even come close to using the actual weight they can lift. They lift what they feel comfortable with.

I took a kid into the gym las week. He weighted 250 lbs... 6'3"... we started on dumbell inclines... after a couple warmup sets I asked him what his weight was... he told me 80s... I said great and set the 100s on his kness. He was freaked... but went for it... and blasted out 11 reps. He was doing 10 reps on 80 lbs.

I saw him in the store yesterday. He told me he did the 105s on Saturaday.

Why don't you just ask me directly instead of skirting around the bushes?

Just because you don't get it doesn't even come remotely close to meaning its not possible.

I have trained for a long time; was strong as a natty -- and as such, I have a good base to build upon.

Add in a dialed-in diet, oxandrolone, and superior dedication, and there is your answer. And no, it wasn't at the expense of form or any other bullshit.

Personally, I don't think the 120s are even that impressive. Respectable, but nothing to shit yourself over. There are several guys at my gym that can press those or higher.

I don't mean to brag but I can dumbell press 20lbs easily in each hand.

I attribute it to my solid diet and the good lord above willing it to happen.

I could probably even do 30lbs.

Fucking-A! Somebody gets it! Push yourself beyond what you think you can do. You may fail more than you succeed, but you will come out farther ahead in the long run. It's the fear of failure that limits most people... Those that are willing to try the bigger numbers will get the bigger numbers.
