sodium and roids?

im on 500 mg test enanthate/week and 25 mg dbol everyday for first 4 weeks (maybe longer well cross that bridge later). anyways i love this wolfs brand turkey chili because its got like 5 g of fat, 16 g of fiber and 40 g of protein in 1 can. theres only 1 problem, theres like 2600 mg of sodium. my metabolism is pretty good and i never had any problems off cycle but i was wondering if i should worry about the sodium intake or if its not that big of a deal.

In my opinion it should be fine, as long as you are still consumeing ~4L(Gallons) of water/ed. It should wash out. Could be wrong...
 
well if you face gets really big i would drop the sodium.... or keep as much water as you can get .... you muscles are mostly water anyway might help... when the cycle ends you will be pretty again
 
I think you have better options for protein consumption. Great examples are protein shakes, chicken, tuna, and eggs. 2600 mg is a large amount of sodium in one serving. This will cause you to retain even more water which could lead to further problems down the road such as high blood pressure, extreme face bloat, etc. You would be taking more mg in sodium in one sitting than you do mg of gear for a month!
 
ya, that is a lot of sodium and there are better choices of food to get prot. and carbs.. not to mention the bloat you will be getting, or at least i do on dbol, i try to avoid as much sodium as possible.
 
damn... that chilis so fuckin good too. i love that shit. and godamn tuna tastes like ass but whatever gotta make the conversion. anyone have any good tuna recipes?

Get some no-fat miracle whip. Mix a bit of that with a can of tuna and also add in some green onion. I am beyond sick of eating tuna......but it's cheap and healthy. Make it this way and it isn't too bad at all.
 
There is flavored tuna available. It comes is packages of sweet and sour, hickory smoked, lemon pepper, etc. Good tasting straight from the package.
