what else is there to do in between sets at the gym than watch other people?.....and laugh....

right now my favorite character is Arms Man. He's a twiggy little fella who's entire gym experience consists of working arms while staring hard in the mirror. dude is awesome

lol, exactly

I don't really give a rats ass about how much the dude next to me is putting up, but this dude literally chalk's up his hands before every set of curls every time, you can't help but to laugh and watch his every move.

Me and my buddy almost have a nickname for every regular that comes up to my gym.

I'll take a phone picture of this dude the next time I see him at the gym and bump this thread with it. Honestly i'm not overexagerating this dude's persona at all

Please.....

You wouldn't miss this dude if there was a thousand people at this gym, he's fucking blingin so hard and his Armani aroma is smelled from across the locker room.

Honestly just watching this dudes form when he benches is hilarious, I don't understand what the significance is when you arch your lower back, does it give you more strength or sumpthin?

the biggest advantage to arching your back, for a toolbag, is decreasing ROM.

i'm a toolbag, but don't arch much...the heavier i go (i.e. 95lbs or more), however, the more i tighten my back to activate my lats and push with more strength out of the hole.

i also try to bounce the bar against my ribcage as much as possible and get a killer hamstring workout.
