Tell her it was used to kill a 10 y/o girl that was carrying drugs in her ass across the mexican border but got nervous during the crossing and attracted some unwanted attention....
Her handlers didn't appreciate it so they burned then drown her mom while she watched them chopped off the girls feet with an axe before shooting her in the cranium....
and that they must still be in the 'area' because they stashed the gun there so they could get it if they needed it for another little girl...

I will just tell her that some flaming homo did it after he found out his lover was cheating on him with another man. After I show her this picture she will believe me and never ask again. She will be so scared that she will never date a guy with a shaved head that wears her favorite color purple.
