It has been a rough year. but more recently a rough couple of months. things are getting worse. I'm not ok with the level of stress. the money is great but not worth my physical and emotional health. let's put it that way

Yep your health and happiness is more important than money. I could make more money elsewhere, but my company & boss rock so I am not going anywhere. Having a great work environment is really important to me. I hope you find something new soon and can be more stress free. Good luck!
