I mean, as a cleveland fan.....I should have despised the bulls. I should have hated Michael Jordan.........but I didn't. Yes, I wanted to see the Bulls lose.......but that was a far more dominant team than the pats have been. I dunno......just something about those guys irritates me to no end.

The Bulls never cheated when they were winning all those championships, unlike the Patriots.

That being said, I wish Brady hadn't been hurt...the Patriots aren't as good a team they were last year without Stallworth and Samuel, and they wouldn't have won the Superbowl anyways. But now, with Brady out, we will have to hear New England fans drone on and on about how they would have won it all had Brady not been hurt.

that's not a bad point.......but you have to admit with that patsy ass schedule of theirs that we would have at the very least had to endure another AFC championship game with the patriots in it.

I think its their arrogant coach...at least thats what it is for me....plus they're in the jets division and have kept the jets down because of their dominance.....so everyone hates someone who is better than them for so long.

I remember that......i couldnt believe that they pulled it off. I've learned over time to keep quite in the offseason and during the first 2 or 3 weeks of the season, most teams dont get in their rythem until a few weeks in. Thats why im not making any predications or statements based on the results of week 1 or 2. Its a long season. And in this league teams that sucked last year could be great this year....and visa versa

relax sunshine, if Brady had his career ended I wouldn't have been happy. Like I said, he'll be back next year.....I'm just glad to have a break from the pat's for a season or two. Last year was uber annoying with them and that whole spygate bullshit.

And by the way, the Browns are "my team". Yes, they stink.......I do like Manning and the Colts, but I could care less if they go 1-14 this year. THere are individual players around the league that I appreciate watching, but my only "team" is the Browns.

oh I totally understand from a pats fans perspective. But I don't think alot of people realize that Belichicks system made Brady look good........Brady does make all the right throws, no doubt. But if you put Brady behind any line in football he's not going to do so good. That's why I prefer Manning even though Brady has a better arm. Honestly, and I hate to say this........I think Cassel will probably get them to the AFC championship at the least. I don't think they can win a superbowl seeing as how strong the NFC is going to be this year.......but they may very well go back......who knows.
