So I started a new workout routine and it's been awesome.

I am doing weights on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

I am doing Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays.


Here is what I do for Weights:

Squat
Deadlift SP?
PullDowns
Rows
Ham Curls (??)
Bench Press
Curls
Tricep Pushdowns
Crunchs


I think thats it, but I may have missed something. I repeat M-W-F. I just do one set of 10 on each.


Is this good?

ADD seated calf raises, Cable flys for chest stretch, and dumbbell side laterals for Side deltoids
I would get to a point where you can repeat that sequence 3 times
