I am doing weights on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
I am doing Cardio on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Here is what I do for Weights:
Squat
Deadlift SP?
PullDowns
Rows
Ham Curls (??)
Bench Press
Curls
Tricep Pushdowns
Crunchs
I think thats it, but I may have missed something. I repeat M-W-F. I just do one set of 10 on each.
Is this good?
