So i ran a mile today and...

First, i did 6 sprints. It went like this, I sprinted 40 yards, ran a block, for 6 times. Then I stretched out grabbed some water, and ran the mile. I ran it in 7.07 seconds, a new personal best. Its weird, last time I ran a mile it was around 8 mins. My buddy said i was really warmed up from the sprints. Also ive been sprinting and jogging the past 10 days or so. Maybe I just had a really good day? I still have 10 more days to train. Ill probably run another 5 times, and get 2 days of full rest before the test.
