Buy some insecticide and pesticide, mix 50cc of each together, put a quart of water in the mix, 3 tablespoons of butter, bring to the boil and then dip your balls in that like they are bobbing for apples. Leave them in until the pain becomes so unbearable and then go to the doctors.
