...on my back wednesday and when wearing a shirt should I cover it with something or just make sure to keep ointment on it while im at work??? ive had saran wrap covering it when I put on a shirt to go out but is that necessary cause it is annoying as hell and it slides around and off sometimes even when taped down.

K for some good input as to what to do exactly.

Suran wrap is only for the first day. Do not use it afterwards! Just make sure you use a good lotion about 2 or 3 times a day.

go to the studio you got your tat at and get some tattoo goo or tat wax..both are all natural and work good..if none is avail get bactitracin it wont pull the color out like neosporin or vasiline will..keep it covered with one of the listed ointments until all the scabbing is gone..remember not to scratch it to much during the healing because scabbs will bleed which will = scaring..

Thanks bro all Iam worried about is the shirt sticking to it and pulling the goo off of it, so I think I will get by just by re-aplying it throughout my day.

Use A&D ointment applied several times a day. DO NOT cover with anything. After the first few days, switch to Lubriderm lotion.

i'm telling you that moisture draws out color. i don't know if you paid money for this, or if some biker marked you, but i have around 30 or so. it's not that complicated. if the place didn't give you literature on tat care, well, i'd hate to see what kind of work they did....
