Its all about the service for me. I ate at the spaghetti factory about 3 weeks ago with a friend and tipped the waitress $44 on a $16 meal. I drink a LOT of water, and my biggest problem at restaurants is always running out of water and they never come by enough to fill it up. I don't think my water got half empty the entire time I was there, she was the perfect waitress in my book, didn't hurt that she was cute too.
