I need some suggestions for better snacks and things. I'm on the go all day between school work and the gym, and my meal times aren't always that regular, but I manage to get my meals in. I find myself eating several meals though when I am home for the night, or just compulsively snacking on shit. What are some good muscle friendly snack foods that I can chow without worrying about turning into a lard ass?
