Day one 1ml dosage upon wake up
Osta has a strong taste not pleasant but still smooth and very tolerable.

Will be doing cardio only today so carbs will be restricted

Meal one will be
Egg casserole
I'm not a big egg person so I make egg casserole
Eggs,almond flour,cream cheese, shredded cheese, heavy cream, cottage cheese. I will put nutritional breakdown once I find where I wrote it down at. Other meals will be veggies and protein will update that later today after those meals are down. Will also post starting pic.

True story. In love with SarmsSearch GW and S4, that's the stack I usually run. In a few weeks I'll be adding Osta for the first time, and finishing with MK677. Stoked!!
 
Alright first to update yesterday. The egg casserole I eat in lower carb days adds up to 670 calories 10 grams of carbs 35 grams of fat and 45 grams of protein. I did 45 minutes of high intensity cardio on the cyber eliptical machine, it usually shows around 800-900 calories burned. I do mentzer heavy duty training so I do this type of cardio so I can keep up with intensity of those type of workouts.
The rest of my food intake was
Broccoli and chicken with a little bit of sour cream and cream cheese
I had this twice
550 cals, 10 grams carbs, 15 grams fat, 65 grams protein
I also had a bowl of home made chili
500 cals,15 grams carbs, 15 grams fat, 60 grams of protein

I am doing just cardio again today for 45 minutes will update food as I eat it today
 
Well I guess I should give a break down on my goals for ostarine.
I'm running osta during pct I recently finished a 10 week cycle
Obviously wanting to keep my gains from the cycle
Weeks 1-10 sustanon 250 mg eod
Weeks 3-10 tren ace 100 mg eod
Weeks 1-2 var 50 mg day
Weeks 3-6 var 100 mg day
Caber, exmestane, n2 guard as needed

On leg day I do 20 minutes on the recumbent bike to fully warm up my knees
Workouts are mentzer style 2 warmup sets 2 working sets I do not really pay attention to the weight on warm up sets
Leg extension
3 seconds to the top nice squeeze 3 seconds down
115 lbs 12 reps 130 lbs 10 reps
Hack squat (push with balls of feet to isolate quads)
3 second cadence up and down no rest at top straight back into movement pause at the bottom to take any momentum out
290 lbs 12 reps 310 lbs 10 reps
Leg curls
115 lbs 12 reps. 130 10 reps
Stiff legged dead lifts
Grip narrow feet all the way together
185 lbs 8 reps 185 lbs 8 reps

I used to do calves with legs but legs are so fried out with the hit training I wasn't able to put the intensity I needed at the end of the workout so I do calves with chest now.
 
I also have to warm my knees up. There are some days I get achy in my right one and those days I just stop there.

Do you incorp squats in your leg days?

As of now its hack squats only. I have took a few months off barbell squats I had noticed that I was squating heavy and hard but not getting the progress in quad development and it was because my form was a little off so I wasn't getting the isolation. So I started back on just hack squats to refine my form. I will be going back to barbell squats in about another month.
 
Diet today was a little hectic but pretty clean

10 oz chicken with lower carb noodles
Enough light sour cream to make it taste alright

Also had a low carb wrap with some natty peanut butter and sugar free jelly

Actually did this for three meals because I had to work 12 hours

After workout I had 50 grams whey isolate and a 20 oz Gatorade
 
One thing to note is that i work at a steel mill on midnight shift which usually turns into hours from 11-pm to 11-am, or from 7pm-11am where we are extremely understaffed at the moment, but I am completely adjusted to this and it does not interfere with my workout or schedule. It does affect 3my sleep schedule. I did work from 11-pm to 3pm today which is not as common so I did not workout or do cardio.
 
25 mg Sarmssearch osta at 3 pm before bed

Will hit back tommarrow and 30 min hit cardio

Diet was not on point today but wasn't bad either

I had

93/7 ground beef about 8-10 ounces with spinach mixed with 1 ounces of the lower fat cream cheese

Brown rice and quinoa mix with chicken and broccoli

Lower glycemic noodles with the earlier made spinach and chicken with broccoli with a sour cream Parmesan sauce.

It was food that was on hand mostly didnt have time to cook with the sixteen hour work day
 
How was the tren ace bro? Did you have any shity experiences or close calls taking it? Have you done it before?

I loved the tren ace it's Endosyn and I'm mildly allergic to the 100 percent eo blend so it gives me knots but nothing too bad. I have used tren before but it was years ago and it was homemade out of pellets. I do really well on tren even with the higher test. Ran n2 guard exmestane and caber so i think that kept alot of effects at bay. I ran var with the tren so my blood pressure got a lil bit high but has went back to normal. I had some night sweats and it affected my cardio a bit but that was all the bad effects that I had. I'm gonna run some body logic tren e in my next cycle to see how the difference between the tren a and tren e is.
 
Its prob safer in the beginning to run ace over a longer ester to see how the body takes it..? This is something I want to try, ill prob wait till I have some more cyclea under my belt

Yes definitely safer to run ace I react very well to tren I have several friends who did not and will never touch it again. For me I'm gonna run tren in all my cycles. The gw 501506 sarm is going to be an interesting one to try with a tren cycle where it will help keep bp cholesterol in check and help with the lethargy endurance issues on a tren cycle.

narrow grip on these, i make sure that i do not let my hand lose contact with my quads so i can keep the isolation on my quads

shoulder width grip on these, I use a shoulder grip so i can get the overemphasized arch and squeeze at the bottle for better isolation

by this my lats are really fatigued so i go to middle back exercise

on these i take a very wide grip and keep my wrist at the bottom closer to my hips and lift up with my elbows wide toward my chest to really isolate the midback
these I gotta stay kinda light so i can get a nice 3 second up and down cadence with no momentum coming into play

on these i will keep my elbows out, ill keep my body stationary but come down for a nice stretch at the bottom, i make sure i really try to overemphasize sticking my chest out , shoulders back to get a really good squeeze, i stay with the same 3 second cadence.

on these I am not concerned with the weight what I'm looking for is lifting the traps up, squeezing shoulder blades together and keeping that locked in throughout the entire deadlift movement

I am really going to failure on every working set
 
Food intake
My wife is on a low carb diet so I factor alot of lower carb stuff that's around the house into my daily intake

Isolate and Gatorade after workout

Chicken broccoli with sour cream sauce, spinach, low glycemic noodles

Chicken with quinoa brown rice with 2% cheese

Low carb wrap with natural pb and sugar free jelly

I usually start eating at 530 pm and stop eating at 11 30 pm so I have 15-16 hours between eating
 
Did chest and biceps today
25 mg osta upon waking

Strength had went down since coming off my cycle obviously but today I was able to do more reps on all of my exercises so really think that the osta has kicked in. The real indication of how well osta has worked for me will obviously be how it help me retain muscle from my cycles and maybe even build a little more which will be apparent in the after photo at the end of the thirty days. Will post my workout for today and my diet a little later when I get to work.

Machine dips ( I use this so I can go really slow and concentrated on squeeze at the top I keep my butt kicked back and elbows wide)

Standing curls
I make sure I pull with pinky side of hand and keep back of my arm stationary
Close grip bicep pull downs with elbows tight

Diet was really close to what I are yesterday
 
had a bunch of calloff at work today so had to work over til 11 am and have to go back in at 7pm so I am not going to make it to the gym today. Took my 25 mg of osta at waking. Will be doing shoulders and tricep saturday and legs on sunday, will only be working 8 hours at work both days this weekend so can put alot of intensity into those workouts. Will be able to update tomarrow on how osta is doing strength wise, but i'm already looking a little bit leaner since I started so will be very intresting to see how I have progressed in the 30 days. If so will definitely incorporate osta into all my future pct. Will also be trying the gw in my next cycle since tren will be incorporated.

again not the best diet day but not bad for a sixteen hour day

Same 25 mg osta seem to be recovering very well on the osta strength is staying up. Looking a little leaner. Really like the osta and really wanna run the triple stack here soon.
