Food log
Yep that is a double cheese burger with chili fries. Heart Attack grill Las Vegas. Two Pattie’s that are really half pound each and 10 strips of bacon.
I earned that meal. Earlier went to Dragons lair and did 30 minute run and 2 hour lift session.
Rest of day protein bar, almonds, oatmeal at gym.
Oh ya I did also enjoy a Captain crunch with crunch berries milk shake at 9 pm.
Today I celebrate 5 years sober!
Woke up and went for a walk in morning first light. Now headed back to dragons lair for work out and 90 minute massage in the Torture room.

Food log

Funny thing about the knee. Pressing motions are ok. Extensions are hit or miss. Depends on the day. Side load is the huge problem. Example is a walking lung. Those are jacked. I did them a month ago and still feel them. I am glad I did something legs yesterday. They feel good today. I did not over do it. Knee always feel tight like it has fluid on it. Just can’t bend it as far as the other one.
Just trying to hang on till first of the year. New insurance so new deductible.
Gonna have this right shoulder, left fore arm and right knee looked at.
Gonna scare some poor Ortho doctor!

Sorry for the delay guys. Got back from Vegas. Did put on a few pounds while there. That was expected.
I did a morning jog/ walk each day there and two days I was able to go work out at Dragons lair. Very nice folks and great gym. Did a 90 minute massage in the torture room there. He is kick ass.
Traveled back home and few days later got the flu. So spent the holidays in bed. That sucked. Been back on my feet and in the gym couple days now. The rest was good for my shoulder.
Now I’m just kinda doing maintenance work out and eating well. Getting ready for big family week long vacation to Dominican Republic 3 1/2 weeks away.

Talked to dr and we are gonna do Deca and anavar first of the year. First gonna see an orthopedic at look at shoulder and knee. If all is good just gonna do

50 mg anavar daily
Gw 50156 daily
200mg Deca weekly

I get the tiniest tweak from mine. Just on stairs
 
I will consider ostrain.
Plan to do blood work before end of year. My test and estrogen should be back down. Lump in breast is back down. So back to arimidex half tan with test weekly and tomoxifin once a week. Just want to get blood back to normal for a bit before next run.

Did chicken legs today.
Hate every minute. Now I am happy I did it.
No heavy weights but did what I thought knee could handle.
20 minute seated bike
Leg extension machine 4x20
Hamstring curl machine 4x20
Squats 4x10 135 lbs
Seated calf raises 4x30 90 lbs
Leg press machine 4x10
90, 180, 270, 360
30 min dry sauna
Casual Friday night.
Walk to and from gym wonderful eve.
My knee is killing me but I am strolling downtown. Got my headphones on and smiling cause I feel better than the rest of the world.

Woke this morning 186 lbs. still holding good on weight. If I drop to 180 in next three weeks would be great but not a necessity. Knee feels good after work out two days ago.
I was actually able to don25 lb plate raises and 3 push ups.
Sounds silly but that’s amazing. Have not been able to do any with out pain in shoulder for last couple months.
Little victories.
Breakfast today -Sunday. Three whole eggs, two egg whites, Turkey sausage, big handful spinach, salsa and a bit of cheese.
English muffin with PB And jelly

Update
I saw an ortho that specializes in shoulder and elbow. Ian excited cause they are a large group and also explore other option besides surgery. Like regenerative medicine etc..
Knee - said suck it up. You just have Arthritis. Mostly from surgery in 1984. Deal with it and get the legs stronger. Maybe few years down road get some injection. Not now cause it too early.
Probably knee replacement in 10 years.
Shoulder- only exray this visit. Sees lots of inflammation. Need to get that down. Take otc Alieve 2 tablets 3 time a day for two weeks solid. Then we will back off that. Going on vacation in 7 days so we set up MRI for second day after that. Gave me band exercises.
He said go ahead to gym . “Just don’t do anything that hurts” I replied. “ NO SHIT!” “8 years of college and that’s all you got?”
Hahahahahaha
I’m thrilled to do an MRI and see what’s going on in there. At least then I will know and we can make a solid game plan”

I feel ok at this level. Nothing special. Not like amazing. Just normal. Same as if it was lower

Returned from my year end vacation to Punta Cana.
I did not leave as light in weight as I wanted. Year end festivities and not as hard of work out as normal. Still left at about 190-192 lb
Returned at 194-196.
So picked up a few lbs. That is absolutely fine. It was an all inclusive resort for 8 days. I had desert with at least 3 meals per day. I found the cookies also. Even when I ate a banana some how it came with a cookie. Hahahaha! I did walk or jog every morning for about 90 minutes. Also hit the resort gym for a 90 minutes every day. Some days I had a double latte with a cookie as pre work out. I do not drink so I enjoyed the food. Found I love thick sliced pumpernickel French toast. I did eat lots of eggs and meat. Lamb several times and steak.
Yes I pigged out and enjoyed every bite. Already back home and back on my meal plan and work outs.
Got the MRI on my shoulder today and get results on Friday.
It’s gonna be a great year.

We stayed at majestic mirage in Punta Cana. Dominican Republic.
Gonna see my Ortho Dr. Tomorrow and see results of MRI on my shoulder. Then we can decide what needs to be done with shoulder. From there I can decide when to start next log/cycle.

Good news no surgery right now!
Bad I have old ass shoulder syndrome!
Ha ha.
1. Arthritis
2. Little bursitis
3. Small labrum tear
4. One split tendon. It’s attached to labrum.
5. Inflamed rotator cuff that might have small tear but couldn’t see in side.

Right know no surgery. Got a shot in shoulder. Should help with I flamation and rotator cuf. Labrum will just cause little pain. That tendon is not needed. So we might detach it from labrum and re attach else were. This would relieve pain from both.
Lots of rotator cuff exercises. Need to strengthen it
Re evaluate in couple months. Cleared to work out what doesn’t hurt!. I was transparent and explained I wanted to run a cycle of low dose nandrolone.
We discussed in depth and he is ok with it. Obviously I have to be smart during cycle.
I am going start another post. I have some options on what next two cycle could look like. I want y’all opinions before I start.

dont go for surgery get some ostarine/tb500/bpc157 it will work
 
I found it interesting. He explained on the bicep there is one tendon at elbow and two at the shoulder. One other shoulders ones is actually useless. Even if it complete tears it is not really needed. They only repair it in quarterbacks, or if the esthetics bothers patient. However it some times causes mor pain or problem where it is. If needed they can detach it and re attach else where. That removes issues it causes to labrum and will feel better overall.
